Shipping policy

Postal Orders (Ireland)

  • For all orders, we aim to dispatch your items within 2-3 working days. 
  • Free Delivery on orders over €60 in the Republic of Ireland. 
  • We use An Post Track & Trace for all of our orders, currently the rate for this for the Republic of Ireland is €6.00 (for orders under €60)
  • You will receive your Track & Trace number when your item has been dispatched. 
  • An Post aim to deliver the items in 2-3 days but this may be longer during busier periods. 

Collection Orders (Ireland)

  • Collection is only available locally in Ros a' Mhíl (Connemara Gaeltacht area).
  • Collection orders are ready to be collected in 2-4 days (usually sooner).
  • If you have an item that you require urgently, please contact us first and we will do everything we can to assist.
  • If you are unsure whether you can collect, please feel free to contact us at sliabhcandles@gmail.com.

Postal Orders (Northern Ireland)

  • For all orders, we aim to dispatch your items within 2-3 working days. 
  • Free Delivery on orders over €80.00 for Northern Ireland. (€8.00 for orders under €80.00)
  • We use An Post Track & Trace for all of our orders. 
  • You will receive your Track & Trace number when your item has been dispatched. 
  • An Post aim to deliver the items in 4-5 days but this may be longer during busier periods as they still have to go through the customs clearance process. 
  • There are no customs charges for parcels from ROI to NI. 

Postal Orders (UK)

  • For all orders, we aim to dispatch your items within 2-3 working days. 
  • Free Delivery on orders over €130.00 to the United Kingdom. 
  • We use courier services for all of our UK orders, currently the rates for this are as follows:

    Free Delivery on orders over €130.00

    €12.00 on orders over €50.00

    €15.00 on orders under €50.00

  • The courier aims to deliver your items within 4-5 working days from dispatch date but this may be longer during busier periods. 
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
