Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy 

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please return your items to us within 21 days of your order date. Any returned items must be in their original packaging, un-used, undamaged and in saleable condition. You must include your order number with your returns and the items should be packaged correctly to reach us safely.

Please note that we do not currently offer free returns and you must arrange your own return shipping. We recommend using a registered and tracked service when sending back your return to ensure it reaches us as we cannot take any responsibility if the item is lost without proof of postage. 

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse your claim for a refund or offer a partial refund in its place. 

Please allow up to 14 days from the day we receive your return for a refund to be processed. 

Damaged

Upon receipt of your item, please inspect it carefully on arrival. If your order has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately and send pictures of the damage to sliabhcandles@gmail.com to arrange a refund or replacement.
